Expanding to bigger markets
I have bought two properties in Georgia and put down 25% down payment each. I don't have money for bigger projects but want to get into apartment complexes. I am 23 with only about a year experience. What are my options to buy lets say a 2 million dollar apartment complex without putting down $500,000? I know many investors are not constantly dropping 25% dp but i just don't know my options.
