Multi Family New Development 24 units
New Construction in highly desirable area. this is the first of several projects- I am looking for a proforma that I can edit to get my projections/ costs and income. Does anyone know where I can find one that will save me a lot of time. Also we have several parcels of land scouted and ready to build. Starting with phase one 4 doors-Multi fam. The land will be developed to hold 24 units/ doors. Approx 1350 sq ft single story 2/2 and 3/2 . Thanks
