Looking for Triplex building plans

Hi all, 
Have been on this site for a couple years and looking for some advice, as we have some nice lots zoned multifamily that just came up in our local area that we are looking to build a triplex. We would be doing alot of the building ourselves as we are contractors. 

I am wondering if anyone has some plans that have worked well for them that they would be willing to share? We are looking at doing a 3 bed/2 bath with an attached rear access garage.
