Common Laundry Investing
First - apologies if this is posted in the wrong section.
I am new to real estate investing and looking to get started in a few different area's. Does anyone currently own laundry machines in multi-family properties or apartment buildings? If you do, I would love to connect to hear more about how you got started and your views on this income stream.
