Hello, My name is Erick and I currently live in the Philadelphia area. I am brand new to real estate and am looking to buy my first property. Im trying to network wherever I can to find the right people to help me along the way. Ive found a potential deal but need more assistance on how to move forward. It is a 6 unit property with 2 garages. Thank you

Secure financing first. 6 units moves you outside of FHA range. I'd talk to your finance people before you go anywhere near it.
