Generating Multi-family Leads

Hey BP team !

My question today is: What are some really good ways to generate leads for mid size multi-family properties?

I am looking to invest in Queens NY, BRRRR'ing mid size apartments (5-20 units, max 50), in fixer upper condition (class C-B), around 1.2M-5.5M (10M max),

and besides contacting commercial brokers, what are some other good/great ways to generate leads? especially in a big city like NY.

Thanks so much in advance, I really appreciate it !!

@Yvans Oscar Join a local REI. Some of my best leads have come from my barber! People have to know you are in the market.
