Portfolio of Duplexes
Hey BP!
I am currently looking at a portfolio of 8 duplexes for sale. They are at 100% occupancy and are self-managed by the current owner. I have the P&L for 2020 and the first half of 2021 and the numbers look pretty good as far as I can tell.
My question is: What steps do I need to start with to attract money to this deal? I want to put none of my own into it, but will do the legwork. If syndication is the path, what are the first steps?
