Construction/Project Manager New Jersey
Hello. I am looking to develop a mixed use property in NJ specifically Northern New Jersey. I spoke with an architect and a few banks for a construction loan.
I was wondering anybody know reputable construction companies (NJ) that I can send a bid as well as a construction or project manager that I can hire to help me make sure the construction does not go over budget, stay on time and built without shortcuts.
Also I would like to connect with an real estate attorney for contract review. Thanks and appreciate the recommendations!
