New Construction - St. Louis Missouri
Hi All! Looking for any guidance this group might be able to provide. I've been investing in real estate for the past 8 or so years, but have never dabbled in new construction. I'm currently evaluating a deal to purchase lots of land to build luxury townhomes (3bd, 2.5bath with basement) in St. Louis MO. Does anyone happen to have new construction GCs they would recommend? Additionally, any thoughts on where I can get some high level costs to build new construction per townhome / home?
