Renovations that Increase Home Value

I need your help! I purchased a 3/2.5 condo. It's in pretty decent shape, but the complex that the condo is located in does not have the best reviews (3.2 stars), to be exact. There is a similar condo in the community sitting on the market. The investor painted it and threw it back on the market. Anyways, the realtor is concerned that mine may sit on the market due to curb appeal. I need to figure out what updates to make to increase value to avoid it sitting. My first thought is kitchen and bathroom Reno. No floor plan changes, just updating appliances. I would love to hear y'all thoughts.

The budget is 10-15k

Sincerely, a new investor♥️
