Taking a temp on modular/prefab for SFBTR.
What are people feeling right now about modular and panelized prefab for single-family build-to-rent? Has modular's pros list gotten any longer during Covid? I do know the basic pros and cons but am trying to figure out why more investors aren't doing mod/pp. Is anyone who has lost properties in fire/tornado/flood/hurricane or other climate-related events looking at rebuilding with modular or prefab? Hoping to learn more.
