Best way to find investors

Hi all.

I've recently made an acquaintance who does a lot of raw land purchases then gets them all permitted for building, mainly bigger multi family 150+ units, and then sells the ready to build lot usually at a pretty large profit.

I am new and trying to learn. My question is, when you have an investment opportunity like this, where do you go to find people looking to invest?

Thank you in advance.

Call every multifamily broker in town. You'll find a buyer for that deal in an afternoon.
