Self-Storage New Construction Cost Estimate
Hoping to gain some insight on how to go about estimating the potential construction cost of a self storage building from a 10k ft view. Theoretically, it would be about 15,000-20,000 sf of storage space (unit mix TBD). Looking to do a super high level feasibility analysis on a piece of property with some room to expand.
