Philadelphia electrical/plumbing subcontractors
We have 8 fix and flips going on in Philadelphia and are getting killed as we only have one certified plumber who can pull permits and is good and the same for electrical. Our schedules are suffering and I would love to have another option for a good sub for either trades. Not looking for the cheapest but responsible and experienced. Any help is greatly appreciated.
