Just bought some land a couple months ago
I recently purchased some vacant land in my hometown Kirbyville, Tx. I'm looking to build a duplex 2bd 2bth approx. 1600-1800 sq ft. Currently waiting on getting plans back so I can send out to GCs. Should I go HML or financing through a bank to finance this?
