Construction Loan on Investment Property

Hey there, looking for banks that do construction loan on investment property for first time investment loan. We have a second home construction loan in the works so another new build in the same area won't fly as another secondary home. Having a hard time finding a bank that will finance a first time construction loan on an investment property.
