D32 invest central Florida
Anybody here that reserves a townhouse In Palm Bay with D32 Invest builder in Florida for about a year and then they jack up the price by 25% basically taking away all the appreciation? Not a good builder. Stay away. They also selling homes in Ocala FL.

I had the same experience. Stay away, I made the mistake of buying one house through them in Palm Bay which has had continual problems. And then had a deposit down for a house in Ocala that they never delivered and raised the price on twice. I backed out of that one. There is a lawsuit against them as a number of people were in the same situation.
