Looking for subcontractors for ADU (plans approved)
Hey all,
I just started working with some developers and they want me to bid out the project to subs. Their current Rolodex is geared towards Irvine but this project is in Santa Monica. I’m having trouble finding subs specifically for framing/foundational work. It’s 2 stories and about 1800 sqft. If anyone here is/knows any subs that could be willing to work on this project I would appreciate being connected. If anyone has tips on how to find/get good subs that would be amazing as well.
