Multifamily new builds ?
Hello guys and gals .I am currently trying to figure out how I can build a few multi family houses ,duplex, triplexes ,quadruplex etc. Currently have a 3 acre plot of land that is paid off and was thinking about what's the best way to leverage some paid off properties to continue to grow my portfolio..New to construction so I don't know exactly what is needed to start. Currently waiting for planning and zoning to get back to me about the idea... All information is appreciated and hope this is in the right section. Thanks for your time..
