If you're building or looking for new neighborhoods to invest in, keep reading. 

One new project can change the value around it. I couldn't find out where the new projects were going in Austin, so I started going to the zoning meetings to hear about rezonings. 

I could see where new projects were going and new rule changes that impact development. I started writing these up and sending to friends in RE. Check this out and let me know if it's helpful.
