Build a new Multifamily housing Looking for developer partner..
Hello, I have land i own now in Hillsboro, OR.
I am looking to build quad/4 town houses on it. Per City we can develop that. I am looking for ideas on how to build. One of the options i consider is to give the whole land to a developer for free or at low price.... & have them finance build the whole project. After completion builder can own few units and give me a unit back. I have couple different lots that I like to try this model.
Any idea who does that kind of model and would like to collaborate, please ping me.
Update on this- today City approved the lot partition. Next step for me is to figure of a builder in parallel while waiting for record the lot. Hoping to find a good builder to build a quad plex.

Do you know what it would cost to build 1 or all 4?
Do you know the what construction cost per sq ft is in the area?
Sounds like you're looking for the contractor to become an equity partner in the deal by contributing their construction costs.
