I'm looking to meet and potentially do deals with a GC in the Richmond, VA area and/or experienced subcontrators that may specialize in common rehabs (kitchen, bathroom, etc.). Looking for someone professional who also invests themselves. Would love to discuss and estimate some projects and talk about what partnering together might look like.
