Hey all!

Does anyone have any experience with a Joint Development Agreement in land development? Say I had entitled, ready to build land - what would a JDA with a developer look like? More specifically, if I put my land in a deal, can I receive a portion of the final product to keep long term? This seems like an effective way to obtain cash-flowing new construction. Landowners, developers, and builders feel free to chime in.

Any thoughts/ideas are greatly appreciated, thanks!
