Do your subs sign your subcontract agreements?
If so, how many pages are your subcontract agreements?
I'm acting as GC on my first spec house and have a subcontract agreement ready to go - got it from HAHB website and winnowed it down to 6 pages plus one page of quality standards and specifications.
