Where to Pitch RE Development Opportunities
How do I find investors or syndications to whom I can pitch higher-cost real estate development opportunities? I have a few opportunities available soon, but they would require investors or syndications that can afford an $8M+ investment. I'm used to finding individual investors for opportunities under $1M. But, to find investors capable of affording a higher-priced investments seems quite different. Where would you recommend I start looking?
