Workforce Housing Development Investment Partner
Hi, my name is Mathew Giron, my partner and I are real estate developers in Tampa, FL who are near shovel ready on a 12 property workforce housing project and we're looking for JV Capital Partners (investors).
Our team has nearly 30 years of real estate development experience (170+ units built , valued over $50M)
On this project, we have owned the land since 2019, completed a verified project budget, secured financing, and confirmed end buyers through multiple exit strategies.
We're looking for $600k and have estimated returns of 72% within 12-15 months.
