Townhouse Land Requirement and Construction Costs

I have an option on a .33 acre parcel in St. Petersburg, FL. I think the site would be ideal for a 3- to 4-unit, build-to-rent townhouse development project. I realize I'll need to look at zoning, put together a site plan, etc. to know exactly what's possible in terms of how many units can fit on the site. But does anyone know generally the following?

1. How many townhomes can fit on the site, assuming 1,850sf unit sizes?
2. What's the construction cost per square foot?

Thanks!
