Has anyone joint ventured on new construction projects? For instance, partnering up with GC & Money partner? Thoughts, pros & cons?

I agree. I've been in sales and development and construction and finance. It's better to control the whole pie and bring in capital partners on a joint venture structure. put together a sophisticated underwriting package to show people how to make money. we build one floorplan and my whole focus is to find one partnership to build 4-6 homes a year and that's a simple life
