New Construction Self Storage Land pricing
Hi! I am looking to construct a Self storage facility and I am wondering how much I should pay for land. I have been shopping around in my Local area and some of the plots seem a little steep but they do have good location. Is there a formula anybody uses to calculate how much they should spend on the land?
