New Land Development on 3.5 acres

Hi All,

I have a small 3.5 acre parcel of land I've entitled for 42 single family attached units. I don't have the funds to continue development at this point, which includes the final plat and construction drawings. Can anyone recommend a lender or possible solutions to move forward. I'd like to sell it or JV with a builder.
