Hello BiggerPockets community!

I’m Sa'Mara Roberts, and I’ve been active in real estate wholesaling for four years, focusing on land properties. While I can’t promote my company directly, I’m looking to connect with cash buyers in key markets such as Florida, Arizona, Michigan, Alabama, Nevada, Ohio, Texas, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia.

I’d love to hear from anyone who has successfully built relationships with cash buyers.

  • What strategies or platforms have you found most effective for connecting with them?
  • Are there specific networking events or forums within the BiggerPockets community that you recommend?

Thank you for your insights! I’m eager to learn and connect with others in the industry.

Best,
Sa'Mara
