Build in FLA, ideas?
Hey all I'm thinking about building a small house in FLA. Up north now. I grew up in Ft Myers, lived in Orlando for 10 years.
Interested in SE coast, anywhere from Miami up to Hollywood. I realize its one of the priciest markets in the US.
Any thoughts I'd like to keep it a couple hundred thousand for the lot. Doesn't need to be on the water.
Towns I can go look at? Doesn't have to be a huge lot, but I'd like to not be squeezed in some bad neighborhood. I'm open to other ideas condos whatever. Thanks all.
