I’m diving into new construction opportunities for single-family homes in South Florida and wanted to reach out to this amazing community. I have several years of experience with significant renovations and fix-and-flip projects, and I’ve put together a solid business plan for building from the ground up.
This time around, I’m looking to step into the role of developer — not GC — and I’m seeking guidance from experienced developers who can share real-world insights.
