Duplex New Construction Day 1
What's up guys! Starting a new construction project here in the little town of Willis TX!
This is going to be a side-by-side duplex. FULL permits for everything. I used to be intimidated by doing stuff inside the city limits until I realized that City Inspectors and Building Officials are there to help and are looking to keep you from making a serious financial/building code error. It takes a little getting used to it but over time, they and I have become good acquaintances... why? Because they know I'm going to do the right thing and I know, they are going to keep me accountable.
