Expert at Concrete? No need.

I used to think that I needed to be an expert at some of this stuff before i started but the truth was that i didn't need to be. You see the people we hire to do the work know UPFRONT that they need to pull permits for everything and that they need to stand an inspection.

This gives them ownership of their portion of the project. 

They also can't fully be paid until the requisite inspections are complete.
