Subdividing in Unincorporated San Diego County
Hi there! Has anyone successfully subdivided a lot in unincorporated San Diego county? We own a ~8 acre lot in Fallbrook, and would like to divide it into two lots. I've reached out to a few surveying firms so far and everyone keeps saying it's not worth the price and headache. Would love to hear from anyone with a similar experience. Thanks so much!
