We're getting ready to refinance this deal.

Lender is getting their $250K plus interest (no monthly payments).

We're borrowing $300K (cash received at closing $50K minus closing costs).

Cost to build was around $260K.

Cost of the land was around $40K.

Equity capture is high five-figures, close to six-figures.

What's your biggest hang-up with NEW CONSTRUCTION?!
