New to Development Looking to Learn From Experienced Builders
Hey BiggerPockets, my name is Ricardo. I’m newer to real estate investing and currently focused on ground-up construction as my entry point.
My goal is to build on my own land, either:
- Building to sell and roll the profits into the next project, or
- Building to rent, then pulling equity to scale into additional builds
I’m realistic about where I’m at and not trying to pretend I’m an expert. I’m looking to connect with experienced builders, developers, or investors who have a solid track record and are open to mentoring, partnering, or even just sharing guidance on how to structure a first deal correctly.
My main focus is learning the process the right way, managing risk, and building long-term wealth through repeatable projects.
