Land Wholesaling advice
Can anyone recommend a trusted source where I can learn the details of land wholesaling? As in, flipping contracts/not putting any money up. I am tempted to buy a course but I don't know the legitimacy of this guy from a random instagram ad (Alex Mineo). I am willing to invest to learn but would love to know it's a legit service where I'll come out knowing how to do this and making the money back quickly. I am in FL but I am interested in doing it anywhere it's legal. Thank you!

If I were you, I would try to somehow join a land flipping company or small team and work for them. Most courses have super vague info anyway. I do not think there is a course that would teach you all about land investing and flipping in a matter of a few hours.
