My name is Michael Eppenger. I’m based in Mississippi right now but relocating to Dallas in the near future with a long term goal of breaking into residential real estate development in the DFW market.
My background is in construction — I’ve spent the last 3 years doing hands on residential and commercial project work which has given me a solid foundation in how things actually get built. I’m now working toward getting into new home sales with a Dallas builder as my entry point into the industry.
I’m here to learn, connect, and eventually find my footing in the Dallas development space. I’m not looking for handouts — I’m looking to build genuine relationships with people who are active in the Dallas market, understand how deals come together, and are open to connecting with someone who is serious about putting in the work.
