How much value does this zoning add to my land?
I’m considering selling 2 parcels of land that are infill and next door to elementary school and other businesses. 1 parcel is 11 acres and the other 17. The current zoning is high density residential which the city list as:
RM zoning lot size minimums
Detached house 6,000
Patio homes 4,000
Townhomes 2,200
Duplex 6,000
Multi unit house 8,000
Apartment/condo 10,000
I’m trying to determine value and am I wrong in thinking the value per acre should be higher than standard residential zoning?
