Fee simple subdivision
A friend of mine is looking for a Civil Engineering Firm with Subdivision Experience. Someone/firm with Licensed Professional Land Surveyors (PLS) and Civil Engineering and has knowledge about local city rules. He wanted to split a land with building in to two parcels. Has anyone done that? Appreciate any personal recommendations. The property is in San Jose (Santa Clara County). Thanks.
