So I have 80 acres of land in rural South Carolina at my disposal. The only problem is that it is so rural that I have no idea what to do with it. Any suggestions??

I think you are referring to USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). Note that the replant program is for longleaf, not loblolly pine. Check with a local forester to discuss economic impact (if any) between these species.
