Developing Raw Land in WV
Hello there...I have over 600acres in southern west virginia that is 15 mintues from a commerical airport a 4-star resort a top 10 small town in america award and adjoins a national forest. It has roads throughout the property and it truly has amazing views. How should I market this? I am new to any situation as this and would like to know the procedures I should take or things that can help me. ALL replies I really appreciate.
