Hi team,

I'm looking at a Real Estate Development opportunity within the Chicagoland area and will be tapping TIF and EB5 Funding. I wanted to get an idea of others experience with TIF or EB5, any tips or stories and especially if anyone has had experience within the Chicagoland area or City of Chicago.
