Another quick... and probably common question
Ok, if you read my other post, you would see that I want to be a developer. I am learning so much so fast. One question I have is: how exactly does a developer make money off of a project. Does he hold it and essentially manage the property themselves, or do they sell it? If they sell it, who do they sell it to? Is it property management groups, other developers or investors?
