North Texas Construction Loans
Planning to buy small lot to build single family or duplex. Project Manager for local homebuilder will GC and use his current subcontractors for my home. Building costs estimated at $75/sq ft for a 3/2/2. Will refinance and turn new build into rental. Meeting with 2 local banks in Rockwall, TX next week to discuss terms.
Any other lenders/banks come to mind in North Texas area?
