New Ocean front construction in Big Pine Key Florida
My family owns 4 oceanfront lots in Big Pine Key. Can any members provide me with per square ft construction costs for 4,000 homes. Is it better to custom build or use hurricane proof modular construction. Looks like I will be looking after the family interest in Florida soon and I fear that experience in Ohio is not comparable. I would appreciate any assist and recommendations for a good builder or modular home provider in the Keys. A GC recommendation would also be welcome.
