Builder/GC in Charlotte, NC

Good morning BP! I am looking to purchase a small lot (0.14 acres) in the Charlotte, NC area to build a small rental house (3/2, 1,000 sq ft). I am looking to build on the lower end ie. vinyl siding, carpet, etc), and I am trying to find a reliable builder/GC that can help me. My goal is to be in the $50-$60 psf range for the completed house.

If anyone knows any good GCs/builders in the Charlotte, NC area that might work, any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, if anyone has any other creative strategies or any other ways to look at this from another perspective, I would love the input.

As always, the advice is much appreciated.
