Rezoning in Seattle

Hello BP'ers, I've got a 4930 rectangular lot which only 50' street frontage that is currently zoned LR1 in the north Seattle. I'd really like to get the density of LR2, so at least at four plex would be possible. There are properties just across the street that are zoned LR2. I haven't done a rezone before, so for those of you that have experience dealing with the city. What are the probabilities of getting that rezone approved through? Timeframe? Costs? Thanks Josh
